Pasta and Shredded Beef

Like most West-africans, we love jollof rice, but jollof pasta is one dish that can be prepared in 20 minutes(if the conditions are right). We Nigerians like to ram jolof Spagetti down our throats without savoring the dish properly, with the addition of the shredded Beef, you are sure to take a few minutes to bask in the moment :) .

Plantain Boat and Turkey

If you know us, you would know that we love plantain a lot, be it boiled, roasted or fried. Our plantain boat is simply stuffed plantain fried and stuffed with whatever filling to one's desire. The fun, but healthy thing about this meal is that it isn't deep fried, you can even have this as a treat on your cheat days. even half of this can go a long way.

Fried Fish, Plantain and Pepper sauce

Fish is a healthy form of protein, some persons like Shecooks, have a food aversion to fish and most seafood which we have been trying to work on lately.
Our Nigerian Pepper Sauce is a tasty, spicy sauce made with hot peppers. we love the versatility of this sauce and it is so easy to prepare.You can use it as a dip for roasted/grilled plantains, yams, potatoes and spring rolls(yes , spring rolls)
